14-day right of withdrawal

If for any reason the purchased goods are not suitable for you, you have the right to return them within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund (according to the general terms and conditions of the e-store and order conditions, clauses 2.6 and 2.7). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person or if the goods were purchased for an independent economic or professional activity or a related activity.

• In order to withdraw from the purchase, you must submit an application with the buyer's data (name, surname, company name, contact telephone and e-mail), which must be sent to the seller's office or e-mail address info@crosschem.ee.

• In case of deterioration of the quality of the returned goods, the buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, if the buyer used the goods in any way other than its purpose, properties and functions. In order to check the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product, the buyer is obliged to use the product exclusively in the manner normally permitted by the store.

   • We will immediately return the price of the returned goods to the buyer's current account, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return request from the buyer. CrossMarket may refuse to return the money until the buyer has returned the goods in full, in compliance with all the conditions for returning the goods.

• The right of withdrawal of the purchased goods does not apply if the goods have been manufactured specifically for the buyer and they do not have significant defects that make their use impossible. Also, unpacked computer software or paid access to third party services (service providers) is not refundable.
